The Provincial Government Of Camarines Norte, Through The Dotr Downloaded Fund Gaa 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Eighteen Million Two Hundred Four Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-two Pesos And 47/100 (php 218,204,382.47) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Daet Airport Development Project – Rehabilitation Of Passenger Terminal Building, Construction Of Perimeter Fence, Construction Of Taxiway, And Asphalt Overlay Of Runway Including Strip Grade Correction. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Camarines Norte Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Three Hundred Sixty (360) Calendar Days Inclusive Of Pre-determined Unworkable (60) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Provincial Government Of Camarines Norte And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm, Monday To Friday, Except Holidays. 5.
