The Provincial Government Of Zambales, Through The General Fund C.y. 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum As Reflected Hereunder, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To The Payment Under The Contract Of Each Lot. Cruz (osc) Php. 1,510,252.68 3 Candelaria District Hospital (cdh) Php 1,510,252.68 5 San Marcelino District Hospital (smdh) Php 1,990,007.84 Total Php 5,010,513.20 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Zambales Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Security Services For; Lot 2 – Ospital Ng Sta. Cruz (osc); Lot 3 – Candelaria District Hospital (cdh); Lot 5 – San Marcelino District Hospital (smdh) /goods And Services 02-2024. Duration Of The Contract To Be Bid Is From January To December (1 Year). It Should Not Exceed One (1) Year. All Bid Prices For A Duration Of One (1) Year Shall Be Fixed And Shall Not Be Adjusted During Contract Implementation, Except For The Following: 2.1. Increase In Minimum Daily Wage Pursuant To Law Or New Wage Order Issued After Date Of Bidding, 2.2. Increase In Taxed; And 2.3. If During The Term Of The Contract The Procuring Entity Sees The Need For An Increase Or Decrease In The Number Of Security Guards Or Janitorial Attendants, The Resulting Cost Of Said Increase Or Decrease, Provided That The Abc For The Relevant Year Is Not Exceeded. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders Starting February 20, 2024 From The Given Address Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb. The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person.
