The Provincial Government Of Tarlac, Through General Fund (ldrrmf 2024 – Disaster Prevention & Mitigation Programs/activities) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Three Hundred Sixty-two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (php 1,362,500.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Native Tree Seedlings For The Establishment Of Tree Lines Along The Adopt – A – Forest Stretch In Sitio Baag/b-g-2024-017-d. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
