The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Through The General Fund (early Procurement Activity) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 7,500,000.00) Being The Indicative Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Flower Wreaths For Departed Citizens And Flower Arrangements/leis In Relation To The Activities Or Events Of Provincial Government Of Tarlac - 1st Quarter Of 2025 / B-g-2024-041-s. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Abovementioned Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Three (3) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed, From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 4.
