The Provincial Government Of Tarlac, Through The General Fund (peo Spa Sb2 - Excise Tax Projects, Infrastructure Project) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-five Pesos And 57/100 (php 2,999,975.57) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Concreting Of Road At Brgy. Villa, Moncada, Tarlac / B-cw-2024-009-s. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Fifty (50) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
