The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos And 30/100 Only (php 483,940.30) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Food Supplies For Hospital Operation Of Gotmh Nutrition And Dietetics Service (rebid)/ B-g-2025-004-jl. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required From Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
