Description Repair And Maintenance Of Heavy Equipment Intended For Drrm/cca Programs (disaster Response) Projects And Activities The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-three Pesos Only (php 4,999,843.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Repair And Maintenance Of Heavy Equipment Intended For Drrm/cca Programs (disaster Response) Projects And Activities /b-g-2024-022-n. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 3.
