The Provincial Government Of Tarlac, Through General Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirteen Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 13,200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Commercial Rice For Distribution Provincewide (rebid) / B-g-2025-003-r. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Fifteen (15) Calendar Day. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
