The Provincial Government Of Tarlac, Through Indicative Budget 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Pesos Only (php 3,000,000.00) Being The Indicative Budget For The Contract To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Fuel (diesel) At Peo Depot For Mass Transport Support Services At Provincial Government Of Tarlac - 1st Quarter Of 2025 (early Procurement Activity C.y 2025)/ B-g-2024-041-r. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
