Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Southern Leyte Now Invites Bids For Completion Of Meat Processing Center. Completion Of The Works Is Required To Be Completed Within 56 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Within Two Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Similar To The Project.
