The Provincial Government Of Southern Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of River Control @ Bay-ang River. Completion Of The Works Is Required To Be Completed Within 210 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Within Two Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Similar To The Project.
