The Provincial Government Of Southern Leyte Now Invites Bids For Construction Of Spring Development Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required To Be Completed Within 37 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Within Two Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii Instructions To Bidders. 3.
