Description Invitation To Bid For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Supply Of Drugs And Medicines Governor’s Office 1. The Province Of Samar, Through 2025 Annual Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Million Pesos (p20,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Early Procurement Activity (epa), Supply Of Drugs And Medicines – For Governor’s Office. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Province Of Samar Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project Under Early Procurement Activity (epa). Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be Made By The Supplier In Accordance With The Terms Specified In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements) Of Philippine Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Bac Office, Capitol Compound, Catbalogan City, Samar And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Said Address During Office Hours. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders From September 23, 2024 To October 16, 2024 From The Bac Office, Capitol Compound, Catbalogan City, Samar And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of P25,000.00.
