Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Fertilizers And Sprayer. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Seven (7) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
