Description Invitation To Bid For The Construction Of Mortuary Building In Sofronio Española District Hospital (re-bid) (sofronio Española, Palawan) 1. The Provincial Government Of Palawan, Through The Locally Funded (obr No. 300-24-04-07222) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million One Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Pesos Only (php 1,195,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Mortuary Building In Sofronio Española District Hospital (re-bid) Located At Sofronio Española, Palawan (project Reference No. B2 Gf Sfvip22 24-05-084). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Palawan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
