Description Invitation To Bid For The Concreting Of Highway Junction Calawag Road (brgy. Calawag, Taytay, Palawan) 1. The Provincial Government Of Palawan, Through The Supplemental Budget (obr No. 300-24-03-03558) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seventy-five Million Pesos Only (php 75,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Concreting Of Highway Junction Calawag Road Located At Brgy. Calawag, Taytay, Palawan (project Reference No. B2 Gf Sb1 Infra 24-03-038). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Palawan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Two Hundred Eighty (280) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
