The Municipality Of Looc, Through The 20% Ldf Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 3,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Pb 01-02-2025 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
