Description Invitation To Bid Procurement Of Information And Communication Technology (ict) Supplies, Devices, And Accessories 1. The Occidental Mindoro State College (omsc), Through The Special Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Following Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-three Pesos And 05/100 (php1,215,863.05) For The Project: Procurement Of Information And Communication Technology (ict) Supplies, Devices, And Accessories Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract With Project Reference No. B-8661-24-33a. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Occidental Mindoro State College (omsc) Now Invites Bids For The Above Project. Delivery Period Is 60-calendar Day Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Must Have An Experience Of Having Completed, Within The Period Of Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Must Have Completed A Single Contract That Is Similar To This Project, Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
