Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Occidental Mindoro State College (omsc) Now Invites Bids For The Above Project. Delivery Period Is Ninety (90) Calendar Days Delivery And Installation. Bidders Must Have An Experience Of Having Completed, Within The Period Of Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Must Have Completed A Single Contract That Is Similar To This Project, Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc.
