The Occidental Mindoro State College (omsc), Through The Special Trust Fund Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Forty-one Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-four Pesos (php1,241,474.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement And Delivery Of Supplies And Materials For The Deployment Of Lan Based Enrollment System With Project Reference No. B-8661-24-44. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Occidental Mindoro State College (omsc) Now Invites Bids For The Above Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required To Be Completed Within 90 Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Must Have An Experience Of Having Completed, Within The Period Of Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Must Have Completed A Single Contract That Is Similar To This Project, Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 2.
