The Occidental Mindoro State College (omsc), Through The Special Trust Fund Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Eleven Pesos & 76/100 (php1,210,711.76) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Criminology Supplies And Equipment For Ccje Students At Omsc Labangan, Omsc Sablayan And Omsc Mamburao (second Posting) With Project Reference No. B-8661-24-29a. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Occidental Mindoro State College (omsc) Now Invites Bids For The Above Project. Delivery Period Is Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Must Have An Experience Of Having Completed Similar Contract, Within The Period Of Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Which Should Be Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc.
