The Provincial Government Of Misamis Oriental, Through The Sb 6 Ordinance No. 1628-2024-excise Tax-coffee Production-agricultural Supplies Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Pesos (php4,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of The Following: 1. Coffee Seedlings (arabica) 50,000 Pcs Provision Of Seedlings: A. Supply 50,000 Healthy, Disease-free Coffee Seedlings With 5% Seedling Allowance For Mortality During Transport And Or Stress B. Ensure Seedlings Are Uniform In Size, At Least 12-18 Inches Tall And Grown In Suitable Nursery Bags. C. Certify That Seedlings Are Sourced From Certified Mother Plants. Specifications: Age: 5-6months From Propagation Height: 12-18 Inches Root System: Well-developed, Intact And Free Of Pests And Diseases Container: Black Nursery Bags, 5x8 Inches In Size Number Of Leaves: 6-8 Pairs Of Leaves Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening 2. The Provincial Government Of Misamis Oriental Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
