The Provincial Government Of La Union, Through The Ra7171-tobacco Excise Tax Funds Intends To Apply The Sum Of ₱4,875,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Borobor Creek Slope Protection (napaset Section) Phase Iii, Luna, La Union / Infra-24-18-ra-036. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of La Union Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required August 01, 2024 Or 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
