Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Isabela Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Projects. Delivery Of Goods Is Required For Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Complete, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
