Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Isabela Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Projects. Delivery Of Goods Is Required For One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days.
