The Provincial Government Of Ilocos Sur, Through The Cy 2023/2024 Appropriations Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php231,480,000.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Farm Inputs Assistance To Farmers-purchase, Delivery & Distribution Of Organic Plant Supplement To Farmers Of The Province-pgis-056-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Ilocos Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 10 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
