Description Invitation To Bid 1. The Province Of Cebu Through The 2024 General Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty-five Million Six Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-two Pesos And 00/100 (php55,626,892.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Concreting/improvement Of Sitio Lunas – Sitio Latab – Sitio Pit-os, Barangay Road Section At Barangay Calidngan, Carcar City, Cebu. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Province Of Cebu Through Its Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Supply Of Labor, Materials, And Incidentals For Concreting/improvement Of Sitio Lunas – Sitio Latab – Sitio Pit-os, Barangay Road Section At Barangay Calidngan, Carcar City, Cebu Under Re-advertisement No. 24-178rb. Completion Of The Works Is Required For The Period Of One Hundred Sixty-two (162) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To This Project, Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc Adjusted, If Necessary By The Bidder To Current Prices Using The Psa’s Cpi, Except Under Conditions Provided For In Section 23.4.2.4 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184). 4.
