Description Invitation To Bid (price Offer) 1. The Province Of Cebu, Thru Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Invites Best Price Offer For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Sizes Tires And Different Plates Batteries Thru Framework Agreement For A Period Of One (1) Year To Be Used In The Cebu Provincial Capitol Service Vehicles With An Estimated Budget Of Two Million Eight Hundred Eighty-eight Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (php2,888,320.00), Under Advertisement No. 24-050. Bids (price Offer) Shall Be On A Per Item And Shall Not Be More Than The Unit Cost Indicated In The Framework Agreement List. 2. The Province Of Cebu Through Its Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids (price Offer) For The Above Framework Agreement. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be Based On The Issued Call Off Form Specifying The Items To Be Delivered At A Specified Date And Place. Bidders Should Have Fulfilled A Contract Similar To This Project, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Qualifications Of An Eligible Bidder Are Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
