The Province Of Cebu, Through The General Fund-proper Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Five Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (php5,005,200.00) Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of 388 Sets Solar Led Street Lights With Adjustable Arm & Single Arm Tapered Lamp Post Along 9.558 Km Of Provincial Roads In The 6th District, Province Of Cebu Cluster 4, Under Advertisement No. 24-051d. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Province Of Cebu Through Its Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Sixty Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
