Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Camiguin Mambajao, Camiguin Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Invitation To Bid For Consignment Agreement For Drugs And Medicines, Medical Supplies And Laboratory Supplies & Reagents 1.the Provincial Government Of Camiguin Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Five Million One Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Three Pesos Only (php25,154,693.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Consignment Agreement For Drugs And Medicines, Medical Supplies And Laboratory Supplies & Reagents. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the Provincial Government Of Camiguin Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required As Specified In The Contract Agreement. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instruction Of Bidders). 3.bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-descretionary “pass/fail” Creterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184.
