The Provincial Government Of Cagayan Now Invites Bids From Technically, Legally And Financially Capable Contractors For The Above Procurement Project To Participate In The Negotiated Procurement – Two Failed Biddings In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The Revised Irr Of R.a 9184. Completion Of The Works Required Is Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
