The Provincial Government Of Bukidnon, Through Its General Fund Cy-2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Five Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (₱ 405,880.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of The Following Projects For Pswdo, Ppdo, Pgo-rhedd & Pgo-ledipo: Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Bukidnon Now Invites For The Above Procurement Projects. Delivery And Quantity Of The Goods Depend On The End-users’ Demand. Please Refer To The Schedule Of Delivery And Activity Design As Submitted By The End-users. Delivery Is On Staggered Basis And Payment Is On Progress Billing. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Projects. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through An Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 4.
