Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Upon The Schedule Of The Activity After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Procurement Project With An Amount Of At Least Twenty Five Percent(25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract.
