Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Bohol Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Fuel (diesel & Gasoline) And Engine Oils For Use 4 Wheeled Vehicle Mitsubishi Sku 820 And Motorcycle Mio Fi 125 Assigned At The Provincial Human Resource Management And Development Office For C.y 2025 The Provincial Government Of Bohol, Through The Bids And Awards Committee For C.y 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Two Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-five Pesos Only (₱ 202,875.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Fuel (diesel & Gasoline) And Engine Oils For Use 4 Wheeled Vehicle Mitsubishi Sku 820 And Motorcycle Mio Fi 125 Assigned At The Provincial Human Resource Management And Development Office For C.y 2025 With Procurement Reference No. A-2025-0009 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Provincial Government Of Bohol Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 1 Day Upon The Request Of The End- User After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Procurement Project With An Amount Of At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract. The Description On An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section 11 (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra 9184.
