The Provincial Government Of Biliran Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of 8,000 Pads Accountable Form #51 (official Receipt). Delivery Of Goods Is Required For The Period Of Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, Equivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc.
