Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Batangas Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For Rehabilitation/improvement Of Provincial Road At Bat091 – Poblacion 3, San Jose – Poblacion, Ibaan Road, San Jose And Ibaan, Batangas (phase Ii) 1. The Provincial Government Of Batangas, Through The General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 Of Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Three Hundred Thirty-four Thousand Three Hundred Four Pesos And 34/100 (p6,334,304.34) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In The Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Batangas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184.
