Description Invitation To Bid For Purchase Of Laboratory Supplies For The Use Of Mariveles District Hospital, Bataan No. Goods-gf-007-2025 In Response To The First Advertisement For The Purchase Of Laboratory Supplies For The Use Of Mariveles District Hospital, Bataan, Four (4) Eligible Bidders Purchased & Submitted Bidding Documents But Failed To Comply To The Following Items: 1 ; 2 ; 3 ; 5 ; 9 ; 15 ; 16 ; 19 & 29 Which Is Scheduled To Be Opened Last December 2, 2024 At 2:00 P.m.; Under Section 35, Of Ra 9184, The Bac Shall Declare Failure Of Bidding When All Bids Fail To Comply With All The Bid Requirements Or Fail Post-qualification, Or, In The Case Of Consulting Services, There Is No Successful Negotiation. The Bac Members Resolved To Declare Failure Of Bidding And Recommended To Re-bid The Above-mentioned Procurement Subject To The Approval Of The Provincial Governor. In View Of The Failure Of The First Bidding, The Provincial Government Of Bataan Advertised Again The Invitation To Bid For The Purchase Of Laboratory Supplies For The Use Of Mariveles District Hospital, Bataan, In The Provincial Government Of Bataan Website, In The Philgeps And In A Conspicuous Place At The Premises Within The Provincial Government Of Bataan Continuously For Seven (7) Days; The Provincial Government Of Bataan, Through The General Fund007 Intends To Apply The Sum Of ₱121,664.50 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Line. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Line Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Provincial Government Of Bataan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within (1) Contract From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
