The Provincial Government Of Abra, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanguunian Panlalawigan, Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Seven Million Two Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Five Pesos (php7,262,745.00) In The Table Below Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Office And Janitorial Supplies & Consumables/ Pga2025pgso-gds1. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Abra Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within One(1) Year Or Upon Consumption Of Goods Previously Delivered From The Contract Effectivity. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
