The Provincial Government Of Abra, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sangguniang Panlalawigan Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (php1,870,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase And Delivery Of 1 Unit Electro Cautery Machine (bipolar) And 1 Unit Mechanical Ventilator (portable) For The Aph/pga-pho(edf-cnla2023)-gds01. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Abra Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 45 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
