Tenders are invited for Dynamic purchasing system (dps) for the supply and distribution of materials The Authority seeks to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Supply and Distribution of Materials for use by its Members and other Contracting Bodies within the North East of England, Cumbria, and North Yorkshire.
