The bid capacity required can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2-B), where A = Maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five financial years, B = Value at current price level of the existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 11 months, and N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the bids are invited. Alternatively, it can be inferred as: Available Bid Capacity ≥ Evaluated Bid Price. Additionally, the bid capacity required can be related to the financial requirements specified for the bidder, including: - Minimum annual financial turnover: Rs. 7.88 Crore - Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities: 25% of the contract value/estimated cost, with specific amounts mentioned for joint ventures, such as: - Lead Member: Rs. 10.60 Crores - Other Member: Rs. 7.20 Crores - 25% of the total tendered amount (e.g., 2,13,21,622.74 for a total of 8,52,86,490.97) However, a specific value or formula directly applicable to all bidders is not consistently provided across all scenarios.
