The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Experience in similar nature of work, with a minimum threshold of similar work amounting to 39.58 Crores (minimum 20.4 % of estimated cost). 2. Experience should be in the name of the bidding company, and not in subsidiary/associate company, etc. 3. The past experience in similar nature of work should be supported by certificates issued by the client's organization, with a value of work considered equivalent to the amount of TDS Certificates. 4. Each member of the Joint Venture (Prime Member or Other Member) shall fulfill each of the above criteria, except as specified according to the same. 5. Experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract hospital building with at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last six years. 6. For HVAC work, the bidder must have completed at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 80.98 Lakhs (40% of HVAC) of SITC of HVAC work during six financial years. 7. For Electrical work, the bidder must have completed at least one similar work. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - 39.58 Crores (minimum 20.4 % of estimated cost) - 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract - Rs. 80.98 Lakhs (40% of HVAC) - Rs.33.24 Lacks (40% of Elect.) - Rs.17.69 Lacks (40% of ELV) - Rs.3.67 Cr. (40% cost of Amount put to tender) Additionally, the bidder should have: - A minimum annual turnover of Rs. 12.22 Cr in any one of the last five financial years. - Completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. - Experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualification criteria for each contract. - A positive profit in the last three financial years. - Available bid capacity more than the total estimated cost of the works. - Experience of construction of Institutional building comprising construction of RCC frame structure including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations works in last 5 (five) financial years. For joint ventures, the lead partner must have updated annual turnover not less than Rs. 49.47 Crores (51% of X) and the remaining partner must have updated annual turnover not less than Rs. 29.10 Crores (30% of X). The joint venture must collectively have updated annual turnover not less than Rs.97.01 Crores.
