Description • Event: Train The Trainers (meeting With Pia) • Venue: Philippine Information Agency, Conference Room • Date: 24th April To 25th April 2024, From 08:00 Am To 05:00 Pm (morning To Afternoon) • Invited Guests: Philippine Information Agency (pia) And Presidential Communications Office (pco) (total Of Fifty (50) Participants For Both Days) • Requirements: 1. Am Snack For 50 Pax (april 24 And April 25) 2. Pm Snack For 50 Pax (april 24 And April 25) 3. Buffet Lunch For 50 Pax (april 24 And April 25) 4. Tables And Chairs Arrangement – Seven (7) Tables And Eight (8) Chairs Or Should Be Organized To Accommodate The Estimated Number Of Guests, Organizers, And Production Or Technical Staff While Ensuring That It Fits The Venue Appropriately. Venue Address: Philippine Information Agency Building, Visayas Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila, 1128 Delivery Terms And Date Of Delivery: The Event Shall Commence On April 24th To 25th, 2024. Payment Terms: Payment Will Be On A Send Bill Arrangement, I.e., Full Payment Will Be Made After The Completion Of Delivery Of The Service Or Product. Other Requirements: A. The Supplier Shall Deliver The Services/goods On Or Before The Specified Delivery Date/s To Avoid Incurring Liquidated Damages For Late Delivery; B. Final Or Additional Requirements And Instructions Shall Be Determined By The Representative Of Pco- Oudms; C. Date May Change Up To One (1) Week Prior To The Event; D. Supplier To Set Up 1-2 Hours Before The Event And Pull Out After The Event; E. Food Menu And Tasting Are Subject To Approval By Pco-oudms; F. Menu Arrangements Must Consider Allergies And Food Restrictions Of The Attendees; G. The Buffet Meals For 50 People Include Rice, A Selection Of Meats Such As Pork, Chicken, Beef, And Fish, Appetizers, Soup, Salad, Side Dishes, Desserts, Drinks, And Other Accompaniments; H. Must Comply With Food Safety Laws; And I. Quotation Must Be Inclusive Of Setup And Pullout, Crew Meals, Transportation Expenses, Service Charges, All Costs, And Applicable Taxes. General Conditions: A. Supplier Shall Submit Signed Proposal/quotation And Submit Details Of Your Company; B. Supplier Shall Quote The Lowest Price On The Item/s Listed And Submit A Filled-out Quotation Duly Signed By Their Representative; C. Supplier Must Be Philgeps Accredited (at Least Red Membership Registration); D. No Down Payment; E. Payment Will Be On A Send Bill Arrangement, I.e., Full Payment Will Be Made After The Completion Of The Event Of Delivery Of The Service/product; F. Price Validity Shall Be For A Period Of Sixty (60) Calendar Days; G. Price Quotations Shall Be Inclusive Of All Costs And Applicable Taxes (i.e., Bank Charges, Vat, Other Charges, Energy Fee, Consultants Fee, Agency Fee, Etc.) H. Payment Processing Is After Service/product Have All Been Delivered; And I. Landbank Account Is Preferred To Avoid Bank Charges, If Not, Supplier Shall Shoulder The Bank Charge/s.
