Description Vehicle Rental For The Pco-wide Mid-year Assessment And Planning (myap) On 15-16 August 2024 No. Of Vans To Be Rented: ● 5 Vans Per Day (will Pick Up / Drop Off In Two - Three Batches) Date Of Use: ● 15-16 August 2024 (2 Days) Type Of Vehicle To Rent: ● Passenger Van (ten-to-twelve-seater) Time Of Use: ● Day 1 (15 August 2024): 6:00 Am - 6:00 Pm ● Day 2 (16 August 2024): 6:00 Am - 6:00 Pm Route: ● Morning - New Executive Building To Venue In Metro Manila (to Follow) ● Afternoon - Venue In Metro Manila (to Follow) To New Executive Building Important Notes: 1. Date Of Booking May Be Changed/rebooked, With At Least 3 Days’ Notice Before The Event Date Originally Booked. 2. Payment Will Be On A Send Bill Arrangement (i.e., Full Payment Will Be Made After The Completion Of The Event). Thus, No Down Payment Will Be Made. 3. The Price Quotation Shall Be Inclusive Of All Costs And Applicable Taxes (i.e, Vat, Delivery Fee, Bank, And Other Charges). 4. Quotation Must Also Include Fuel Charges, Toll Fee, Parking Fee, Driver’s Fee, Accommodation And Meals Of Drivers (if Applicable). 5. Must Not Be Blacklisted And Must Not Have A Negative End-user Feedback From The Pco; 6. Must Not Have A Derogatory Record In The Pco And Other Government Agencies; 7. Kilometrage Must Not Have Exceeded One Hundred Fifty Thousand (150,000) Kilometers; 8. Must Be In Mint Condition, Roadworthy, And Complete With All Safety Features Required By Law, Such As, Seat Belts, Airbags, Among Others; And, 9. Actual Photo Of Vehicle Must Be Sent Prior To The Date Of Usage Or In The Situation Where The Offered Vehicle Is Unavailable, The Replacement Vehicle Must Be Of Equal Or Greater Quality. General Conditions: I. Supplier Shall Submit Signed Proposal/quotation And Submit Details Of Your Company; Ii. Supplier Shall Quote The Lowest Price On The Item/s Listed And Submit A Filled-out Quotation Duly Signed By Their Representative; Iii. Supplier Must Be Philgeps Accredited (at Least Red Membership Registration); Iv. No Down Payment: V. Payment Will Be On A Send Bill Arrangement, I.e., Full Payment Will Be Made After The Completion Of The Event Of Delivery Of The Service/product; Vi. Price Validity Shall Be For A Period Of Sixty (60) Calendar Days; Vii. Price Quotations Shall Be Inclusive Of All Costs And Applicable Tax (i.e., Bank Charges, Vat, Other Charges, Energy Fee, Consultants Fee, Agency Fee, Etc.) Viii. Payment Processing Is After Service/product Have Been Delivered; And Ix. Landbank Account Is Preferred To Avoid Bank Charges, If Not, Supplier Shall Shoulder The Bank Charge/s
