Description Event Details: Date: 3-5 April 2024 Location: Philippine Rice Research Institute, Maligaya, Science City Of Muñoz, 3119 Nueva Ecija Inclusive: Meals Good For 80 Pax Day 1: -breakfast -am Snack -lunch -pm Snacks Day 2: -breakfast -am Snack -lunch -pm Snacks Day 3: -breakfast -am Snack -lunch -pm Snacks Serving Setup: - Buffet Set-up For Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner - Served Am And Pm Snack Menu Details: - Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner Should Have At Least 2 Viands, Consisting Of Chicken, Fish Or Beef, Steam Rice; One (1) Soup; One (1) Salad; One (1) Vegetable Dish; One (1) Dessert Dish; And Beverages (juices) - Light Am Snacks And Heavy Pm Snacks, Including Pasta With Breads/assorted Rice Cakes/sandwiches With Drinks - Free-flowing Coffee And Tea During Sessions Other Requirements: -inclusive Of Uniformed Waiters/ Servers Inclusions: - All Utensils And Equipment Must Be Sanitized. With The Option Of Take-away To Be Placed Individually In A Clean Styro/paper Box/bento Box; - Service Charge, Waiters/servers, Delivery Charge, Utensils (i.e., Sterilized Spoon And Fork; Availability Of Disposable Spoon And Fork Upon Request; Cup; Tissue; Etc.) And Other Related Expenses Must Be Included. - The Supplier Must Provide At Least Four (4) Uniformed Waiters; And - The Supplier Must Ensure Delivery Of All Meals On The Set Schedule At The Final Venue Of The Event Important Notes And Payment Terms: - The Date May Change Two (2) Weeks Prior To Or Eight (8) Weeks After The Indicated Date Herein; - Philgeps Registered; - No Down Payment; - Send Bill Arrangement; - Menu Is Subject To Final Approval Of The End-user; - Quotations Should Be Inclusive Of All Costs And Applicable Taxes (i.e., Bank Charges, Vat, Other Charges, Etc.)
