Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Tender

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five financial years, excluding the current financial year, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of the work. For works completed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, the value is counted as 120% for the purpose of this requirement. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover in any one financial year, with at least 50% of it from Civil Engineering construction works. The required turnover is: - 60% of the amount put to bid, if the amount put to bid is Rs.200 lakhs and less. - 75% of the amount put to bid, if the amount put to bid is more than Rs.200 lakhs. The bidder should also have completed other civil works of similar nature, with details of works executed and completed in any Govt. or Semi Govt. Department during the last five financial years.
