The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed/substantially completed works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the proposed work; - Two similar completed/substantially completed works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the proposed work; - One similar completed/substantially completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the proposed work. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of having executed one Medical College/Hospital work with a minimum of 100 beds. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 50% category: 50% of cost of proposed work <= CE < 80% of cost of proposed work, with 6 marks for each experience up to two projects and 4 marks afterwards. - 80% category: 80% of cost of proposed work <= CE, with 12 marks for the first experience and 8 marks afterwards. - Substantially completed works: 80% physical progress, with 75% marks in the respective category. The bidder's average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 50% of the cost of the proposed work during the immediate last three consecutive financial years. At least one work of minimum 40% of the beds criteria should be met by the bidder as part of completed works subject to a minimum of 100 beds. The bidder should have completed at least one building of Built-Up Area equal to or above 40% of the largest proposed building. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual executed value of work at a simple interest rate of 7% per annum.
