Request for Quotation for Comprehensive consultancy for strengthening disability inclusion and intersectionality across plan international The purpose of this consultancy is to update existing key resources to support Plan International in operationalising our position and commitment to inclusion approaches, with a focus on disability inclusion. These resources will support Plan International staff to consistently imbed inclusion and bring an intersectionality lens into programme design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation across the humanitarian, development, and peace nexus. The consultant(s) will lead the review of key resources relevant for Plan International’s Gender Equality and Inclusion work and provide ongoing support to country offices to imbed inclusion approaches. At the same time, the consultant(s) will ensure that review process is participatory and that it engages staff from across offices who are members of key internal networks, including the Gender and Inclusion Group, the Disability Inclusion Working Group, and the LGBTQIA + Champions Network
