The Philippine Veterans Affairs Office, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nineteen Million Three Hundred Eighteen Thousand Pesos (php 19,318,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Brand New Motor Vehicles With Identification Number: Pvao-itb-21-vehicles-2024. For The Purpose Of Early Procurement Activity (epa) Authorized Under Section 7.6 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, The Proposed Budget Under The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Shall Be Used As Basis. Further, Consistent With The Requirement In The Same Section 7.6 No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The Fy 2025 General Appropriations Act (gaa). The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Appropriation For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Veterans Affairs Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required In Accordance With Terms Specified In Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
