Clean External Surface 5. Remove Oil 6. Replace Bulbs As Needed 7. Inspect For Damage Or Malfunction Terms And Condition: 1. Preventive Maintenance Certificate Should Be Provided Within Seven (7) Working Days After The Last Day Of Preventive Maintenance Schedule. 2. Instruments Found To Be Defective Shall Be Issued Measurement Certificate Or Test Report 3.
